1. Subscription Service
Grease & Ink runs on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the stated monthly fee ($13/month) to receive one physical issue delivered to your provided mailing address each month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user.
2. Billing and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support email (hello@greaseandinkco.com). Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, but you will still receive the issue you paid for during that cycle.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship issues on a regular monthly schedule. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. Grease & Ink is not responsible for mail that is lost, stolen, or delayed once it has been handed over to the postal carrier, but we will happily work with you on a replacement for items arriving damaged.
4. Intellectual Property
All illustrations, stories, design elements, and content shipped to you or displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Grease & Ink. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our physical goods or digital content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grease & Ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, our website and subscription service.
