Our commitment is to deliver high-quality, permanent physical media to your mailbox. Since our product involves printed goods and direct shipping costs, our refund policy balances fairness to both the subscriber and the garage.

1. Damaged or Lost Issues

If your monthly issue arrives ripped, bent, or damaged by the postal carrier, or if it has been marked "Delivered" but never arrived within a reasonable timescale, please email us a photo of the condition at hello@greaseandinkco.com within 5 days. We will gladly send out a replacement envelope at no cost to you, as long as we have overstock available for that given month. If overstock is unavailable, we will refund you the $13 cost of that month's issue.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your Grease & Ink subscription at any time without fees or penalties. If you cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle date, you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated or full refunds for issues already dispatched or for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle; you will simply receive your final shipped envelope and then billing will halt.

3. Return to Sender

If an envelope is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we cannot offer full refunds for the shipping and printing costs incurred. We can re-ship the envelope to a corrected address for an additional small shipping fee. Please double-check your address upon subscribing.
